Branch opening hours
Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
For the safety of staff and members, please do not come into branch unless it is absolutely necessary. Entry to the branch is limited to one person at a time, so if you do come to branch you should expect to wait in a queue outside. Queues are longest between 10.00 am and 10.30 am.
You can access your account balances, make instant savings withdrawals, apply for loans and send us enquiries online using the member area or the App. If you have a bank account or Engage prepaid card for withdrawal of funds, please use this method.

Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 4.00 pm
Our telephone enquiry service is open 9.30am to 4pm . Lines are busiest 9.30-10.00 and 12 noon-1.30. If you can’t get through, please leave a message with your name, member number and contact details and we will contact you as soon as possible.
We aim to answer email and online enquiries within one working day.
