Hoot CEO welcomes report showing a high level of satisfaction for credit union services.



David Batten CEO of Hoot Credit Union has welcomed a new report showing a high level of satisfaction with credit union services. The report, An Insight into Credit Union Membership produced by the Financial Inclusion Centre says that in terms of overall satisfaction levels, 81% said they were extremely satisfied or very satisfied with their credit union. Just 6% were slightly satisfied or not at all satisfied. This gives a net positive score of 75%.
