Visiting our Victoria Square Branch
Our branch is open Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 1.00 pm
For the well-being of staff and members, our branch remains open or essential cash services only.
You can access your account balances, make savings withdrawals, apply for loans and make enquiries online using the member area or the App. If you have a bank account or Engage prepaid card for withdrawal of funds, please use this method.
Please observe the directional signs when you come into branch, observe social distancing and wear a face covering if possible. Queues are longest between 9.30 am and 10.30 am.
We regret we are now unable to take loan and member applications in branch. We continue to accept online applications. Once you have applied we will contact you with the decision or if we need more information. We are also not able to tell you the progress of your loan application in branch.
If you need assistance with online applications please call 01204 365024. Please note that assistance will not be available instantly and arrangements will have to be made.
Telephone Enquiries
Phone lines are open 9.30am to 4pm. Our lines are especially busy between 9.30am and 10.00 am, plus between 12.00 and 1.30 pm. If you can’t get through or cannot wait, please leave a message with your name, member number and contact details. (We can’t call you back if you don’t leave a message) and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Better still, please register online or on the App to send messages so that our ‘homeworker owls’ can respond more quickly.
Do not call us if you simply want information on the progress of your loan application. We will not call you back until a decision is made.
Email Enquiries
Emails to enquiries may take up to 24 hours to respond. Please quote your member number when you contact us.
Don’t forget that you can register into the member area or the app and send us messages from there to get a quicker response.
Loan applications
We now only accept membership and loan applications online. Please be patient and an owl will contact you when a decision on the loan application is made. Do not call us if you simply want information on the progress of your loan application. We will not call you back until a decision is made.
